The Art Of Saying No & Not Apologizing:
People Pleasing,Boundaries & Creativity
Sensitive, creative people are incredibly empathic, and therefore VERY tuned into other people's needs and wants. It can be distracting and get in the way if you are around dominating, selfish people. People who read and write are often so good at intuiting other peoples feelings they can loose track of their own. In order to get your voice & work out there, you have to be able to know your limits and feel able to navigate holding boundaries with people with big, loud and sometimes toxic personalities. In this workshop, you will begin identify, explore and lay the foundation of being able to hold your boundaries.
You’ll leave (hopefully!) with a bit of personal insight into why you struggle with setting limits and a plan of action of how to start implementing them!
