I’m Lauren,
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mother and Artist with over a decade of experience working with people as they navigate mental health and emotional challenges, as well as stressful life circumstances and transitions.
Through psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I support adults, emerging adults, artists and couples on their path to recover from heartbreak, improve relationships and change life-long patterns of self-defeating thinking and behaviors.
I believe the ability to face and respond to difficult emotions is key to a successful life and secure relationships.
In the room with my clients, I am direct, engaged, curious and I love it when there is a chance for to laugh about something, as I firmly believe humor is integral to the healing process.
I’m currently a Psychoanalytic Candidate in the four year program at The Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic studies (LAISPS).
